The Northeast Regional Horse Shows Ltd. and Snowbird Acres Farm values your privacy. To keep you informed, we have created this privacy statement that discloses our purposes and methods for online collection and use of information. This statement applies to all information collected through the horse-shows.com website and all of it's related domains, horseshows.com and snowbirdacresfarm.com.

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Generally, personal information is not collected from visitors to the Snowbird Acres Farm and Northeast Regional Horse Shows Ltd. website. However, in order to access certain special services, personal information is requested; those cases are described in more detail below.
BULLETIN BOARD REGISTRATION
The Northeast Regional Horse Shows Ltd. and Snowbird Acres Farm requires a valid e-mail address for users who want to participate in the OUT-GATE discussion forums. This allows us to protect our community from abusive postings and provides a verifiable point of contact should legal questions arise. At any time, you have the ability to keep your e-mail address hidden from other users by selecting that option within your user profile.
Also in the forum registration, you have the option of providing some additional information such as occupation, interests, and homepage URL. This information is made available to other bulletin board users to foster a sense of community. If you have any concerns about providing this information, simply leave the fields blank and your registration will still be processed.
IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER and would like to participate in the OUT-GATE forums, you will need to print the Parental Consent Form and have your parent or legal guardian mail or fax it to the Northeast Regional Horse Shows Ltd. at Snowbird Acres Farm, 204 Schooley's Mountain Road, Long Valley, New Jersey, 07853, or Fax to: (908)876-3959 prior to posting on the forums.
BULLETIN BOARD NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
From time to time, the OUT-GATE forums administrator sends out notices regarding the Northeast Regional Horse Shows Ltd. website. If you check "yes" on your registration form for this option, these occasional notices will be sent to your e-mail address. You can change this option at any time by clicking on the "profile" link and modifying your profile. There are also pertinent Announcements posted on the Forum Sites.
COOKIES
