
She is a current registered USEF Equestrian Judge in Equitation, Hunters and Jumpers. She was also Secretary of the N.J. Chapter of the PHA, and a member of the Equine Advisory Board of Centenary College. Stephanie, qualified every year that she was eligible for both the AHSA Medal and the ASPCA "Maclay" Horsemanship Class.
She was selected by the AHSA as one of four junior riders to represent the United Stated in the Junior International Jumper Derby, Toronto, Canada; and as a member of the team she won the Danish Team Cup Class in a field of five countries and many independent riders. The U.S. Team was Reserve Champion for the event. Stephanie represented Centenary College on both the National and International Teams. She was awarded a National Championship and was part of the Championship Team from Centenary College. As a NJ State Champion in equitation and jumping, Steffi has trained many winning horses, and she has re-schooled many horses into winners.
She has shown successfully in Combined Training Events and several levels of Dressage including the "Pas de Deux" for which she was choreographer. She was awarded "NJHSA Trainer of the Year" for the 6 years, as well as the "NJHSA Exhibitors Choice Horse Show of the Year" , for our shows where she is the course designer.
In addition to her other duties Steffi manages our stable where we have 68 horses both ours and those boarded. She supervises the entire animal management program.
In addition to all of her horse experience, Stephanie is a certified teacher. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, with a Minor in Psychology from Centenary College. She is the mother of three children.

VIKKI KARCHER SIEGEL
A Professional Horseman for 32 years, currently the owner of Snowbird Acres Farm which is managed with her daughter Steffi Siegel Ayres. The family has owned and operated the Snowbird Acres Farm since 1978 when they moved to Long Valley from West Orange, N.J. They have care and custody of almost 70 horses annually, and a Riding School schedule with over 400 active students. The farm is located on 70 open acres in Morris County, New Jersey. Vikki Siegel owned and operated the Suburban Essex Riding School in West Orange from 1971 thru 1976. This was the classic postage stamp barn, there were 120 horses on 3+ acres that made the move to open space a delightful change.
Mrs. Siegel started running horse shows at Suburban Essex in 1972 and during 1975 was listed with a star rating by the then AHSA. Their current farm has an active show calendar of 40 days for USEF sanctioned horse shows from the A Rated Divisions to B and C Rated Divisions as well as unrecognized schooling shows during the winter months. Available for competition are 4 outdoor arenas (one lighted) and an outside hunter course on grass. There is also an Indoor Arena for all weather comfort with a separate viewing room and offices.
Mrs. Siegel is a Director of the New Jersey Horse Council, she was appointed by Governor Christine Whitman to the New Jersey Sire Stakes, is a member of the Leadership Council of the National Federation of Independent Business of New Jersey and a member of the US Equestrian Federation Committee for Competition Management, Sunshine Task Force and was on the Hunter Task Force prior to the current merger, Honorary State Chairman for the Business Advisory Committee of the National Republican Congressional Committee.
